What is Modern Frame Of Mind?

Modern Frame Of Mind started as a brand dedicated to mental health, offering journals and tools to help improve well-being. Today, we’ve expanded our vision to create clothing that embodies the same values of mindfulness, self-care, and positivity. Our pieces are crafted with purpose, designed to inspire confidence, comfort, and a balanced mindset. We're here to help you look good, feel good, and live well.

Product & Fit

What kind of clothing do you offer?

We offer minimalist, meaningful T-shirts and apparel designed for everyday wear. Each piece is centered around themes like mindfulness, wellbeing, and presence.

What materials do you use?

We use Natural Raw cotton—unprocessed, undyed, and free from chemicals. Its subtle variations and natural texture make every piece uniquely yours.

How do your shirts fit?

Our T-shirts come in unisex sizing and generally fit true to size.
For a relaxed everyday fit: go with your usual size.
For a more oversized look: size up.

Made to Order / Print-on-Demand

Are your products made to order?

Yes! All of our items are printed on demand, meaning they’re made specifically for you once you place an order. This approach helps us reduce overproduction and waste, and it aligns with our value of thoughtful, intentional creation.

What does this mean for delivery times?

Because your item is made to order, it may take 3-5 extra days to process before it ships. We think it’s worth the wait—and it helps us stay environmentally conscious.

Why not stock items in advance?

We’re a small, new brand—so for now, we use a made-to-order model. It helps us keep costs manageable while avoiding unnecessary waste.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Production time: 3–5 business days (since everything is made to order)

EU delivery: 3–7 business days after production

International delivery: 7–14 business days after production

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We currently accept returns only for orders within the EU, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
